Whenever you install lowering springs without installing shorter rear sway bar end links the bar ends will be pointing upwards significantly. This reduces the effectiveness of your sway bar and will negatively alter the handling characteristics of your car.
To maintain the flat attitude of the rear bar we offer a shorter link kit with strong polyurethane bushings. Our kit includes the rear end links for BOTH sides of the car.
This item also applies to the Mark VIIIs that have been sensor altered for a lower ride height.
A MUST when lowering your car!
NOTE: When installing your new end links it is recommended that you have the car up on ramps. Remove the original links and install the new links WITHOUT the wheels hanging. The picture with the gray back ground shows what the links will look like when installed in the car. Install with the bolt head facing down and the lower control arm will be sandwiched between the lower pair of bushings and the sway bar between the upper pair of bushings. There should be approx. 1/4 to 1/2 inch of thread above the nut. Do not over tighten.
