This fitting is an optional item for the SCP/Kooks Mid-length headers. If your car originally came with EGR, then we highly suggest you retain the EGR setup on your car. If the EGR is deleted, then a check engine code will illuminate and emissions compliance will likely be compromised.

To be used with the Kooks 3/4 length SOHC/DOHC headers, or the V6 Long Tube headers. These should be used as the first part of the remainder of your exhaust after the headers. These conveniently mate to the flat 3-bolt header collector and you can continue your exhaust rearward from these adapter.
